Conflict is inevitable. A conflict of ideas can be a good thing, while interpersonal conflict can tear apart relationships at home, at work or within the church. The good news is that we can become more capable in our approach to conflict. In Conflict Capable, participants will learn more about themselves and gain skills to manage conflict. This 4-week introductory course covers the following topics: good conflict, the role of anger, conflict styles and when to use them, an introduction to transactional analysis and the skill of leading with curiosity, as well as other topics as time permits. Together, we will practice becoming more Conflict Capable! Led by Rev. Donna Holder.
Registration for childcare is required.
